this is much normal nameplate that I have seen in years.
In mumbai following is common if the car belongs to a politician/mafia/supporter
- 1/4th area covered by a party symbol
- weird fonts that convert numbers into alphabets (4141 becomes dada, 7171 becomes nana and so on...)
